how hard was it for you to get it to work away from your home network? ever try slinging from a hotel's wireless connection? don't seem to be having any luck w/it, but i had it working fine when i was at home off my home router... what did you change in the settings?

also, is your picture color lacking reds when it shows on your computer or does it come out perfectly normal?

You have to set it up for remote viewing. You can only do that from your home network. I had the same problems.

hotel networks are also very slow- i've got it set up and at hotels it is sometimes unusuable either because the sling signal gets dropped or it is just too slow.

on my 700p there is a setting for audio only- I never checked my laptop to see if there is a similar option.

yes - you must set it up for remote viewing while at your home network. check this link:

and see if your router is listed.
