I was looking at Lee, Chan, Nick, JJ3 and this came to my mind.
Isiah is big kid. He gets a lot of money from papa James and he is buying some toys.
He then has no idea what to do with them and he breaks them.
Look at Craf, Nate, even Eddy. What IT did to make them better payers and people?
He also brought in some toys who was already broken - Marbs, Zack, Q, Jeffries.
Isiah was thinking he will fix them. But he broke them completely.
Can someone stop the big kid games before he burn down the house? Anyone?

This is something I've been thinking about lately too. Is there one player who's shown significant improvement in his time in NY?

I think Lee improved but it is nothing to do with IT.
He is self-made player. But I think he will be even better if coaches like Pop or Sloan will work with him. Hard to think about how much time he and other guys are losing under Isiah.

LB was blamed for holding players back and stunting growth.

I think he means the players still haven't recovered from the trauma LB caused.

Lee is only marginally better. he still looks like the same guy he was as a rookie to me. he does clean up work and rebounds and that's about it. I still like him, he's good energy, but he's still a very raw player. I've yet to see the addition of any skills, finesse or smarts to his game. Still seems to be working with the same toolset he came in with.

I actually agree.
He is looking good because other guys are just so bad.
Especially with effort and bbal IQ.
But he will be a great addition to any good team.
He is definitely not a guy to build around. No role player is

As children bring their broken toys,
With tears, for us to mend;
I brought my broken dreams to God
because he was my friend.

But then instead of leaving him in peace to work alone,
I hung around and tried to help with ways that were my own.
At last, I snatched them back and cried,
"How could you be so slow?"
"My child," He said, "What could I do?
You never did let go...."

It's the land of misfits. The toys no one wants. Isiah's turned our camp into a 'refugee camp'. But don't tell Knicks fans that. They'll think your crazy.
I'll never trust this' team again.

BINGO!!! Those where other points I was trying to make and I was told that I was full of it. They 'threw' him out and then had to pay 28 million, to do what? Absolutely nothing! The very same way they did for Allan, Larry, Anucha and many others. Absolutely nothing! And on top of it, Isiah kept suckbury. Go figure that one out! Foolish, foolish, foolish moves. The moves of a lover.
I'll never trust this' team again.

That's true. I like Lee a lot because he plays his heart out on BOTH ends of the court. However, it doesn't look like he spent the off-season trying to get in better shape--either more lean or stronger (or both). He came in with the same tool set and same body.
