Papabear, of course the lawyers are not going to play the full version of the disposition. Their job is to play the parts that are advantagous to their case. MSGs lawyers job is to either object (which I don't know if they did) or to request that the full version be played. It seems they did neither.

I don't think the appeals court has grounds to overturn.

She didn't get 12mil because Isiah called her a bitch. Even though it wasn't proven that he did. But its also hard to believe that she maked the whole thing up. Especially since she has a delicate voice and seems so innocent when you see her on TV. Plus the fact that she documented everything. She didn't get 12mil because Isiah hugged & kissed her. Isiah admitted to that. She got 12mil because she was wrongfully terminated. Thats why Isiah wasn't held liable to pay a dime. She won her sexual harrassment case for wrongfull termination. They should have taken her complains seriously. But then again I bet you they didn't know that she was documenting everything.

Lying and having different recollections are not always equal. Many people recall things differently

4)Jeff Nix testimony. Jeff Nix's contract not being renewed right before the trial.

His salary was reduced long before that and many peoples contracts are not renewed. Means nothing for ABS as his testimony was nothing Isiah didn not previously say he did.

6)Stephon Marbury demanding his criminal perverted cousin be employed at MSG. Marbury admitting he called Anucha a "bitch"

And this has to do means Isiah and Dolan committed sexual harrasment? Maybe the lady is a Bitc*h. Is the trueth not a defense anymore?

As are 10000's of executives and employees a year. ABS Should have as well after her nasty remarks to Knicks players.

10)Not only did the jury award Anucha the full 10 mil she was seeking, they tacked on an additional 1.6 mil!!!!!!! Meaning the jury thought the Garden side was overwhelmingly guilty. Even more money can get tacked onto that award when the judge determines how much she is owed for back and future pay.


A jury gave a lady 2.6 million for spilling coffee on herself. It doesnt prove ABS is an honest lady.It was later reduced greatly by a different reasonable judge on appeal.


And now Isiah Thomas has the cajones too come out and say his depostion was spliced together and his words were taken out of context? Are you kidding me? What stupid person would fall for that??? Here is Isiah again treating everyone else like we're all fools. Thats the Garden way.

There is little doubt the deposition was edited greatly. Only a Isiah hater wouldnt admit that.

Good God, I'm not going back and forth on this with you because you clearly believe the Jimmy Dolan empty suit lackeys and nothing I say, or a unanimous verdict against the Garden will change your mind. Your comment about Jimmy Dolan's faulty recollection during a helicopter ride with Rusty McCormack WHICH NEVER HAPPENED is reason enough for me to say your talking out of your ass.
