It really puzzled me last yr when this was going on. I'm thinking wait these fans love almost everything about this team, why are they booing them just minutes into these games. It went on all yr, maybe with a slight letup midway through the season. When the booing was going on it seemed like almost every fan at MSG was doing it.


Uhh what was that Lover? Speak up! Are you saying those were only Haters that were boooing?


If it was, why do they Love the team so much to attend games regularly while you being the Lover you are, Fan Ghosting?



So which way is it Lovers?

I think these threads may serve the purpose of truly trying to understand each other. You don't think the booing was puzzling, from a Lovers perspective? What if it happens often this yr who's at fault for booing the Haters or Lovers? Remember the media suggested some blame on the fans last yr for doing this.

I dont think its puzzling at all. I notice the posters on this site that are dubbed lovers (Nixluva for example), not only posts optimism, but I've seen him and others critique Knick players/or isiah when it is warranted. So yeah, Lovers can boo when frustrated.

The better question is, can the so-called haters ever cheer even if Isiah is still strolling the side-lines and Dolan still has a strangle-hold on ownership? Most of the haters stand on one side of the fence and never acknowledge any thing that might be positive.

If that Strolling and Strangling leads to 3 more yrs of 33wins avg sure why not.


I'm guessing you meant not to leave out..... Can a Hater cheer for this team with I SAY UGG and Dolan at the helm if success comes along the way?

It would be nice if we could get some clarification on this from a Lover.


Otherwise I'm chalking them all up as individuals failing at trying to set a fan standard.

As a Lover, I would have to say Scary Movie 8 would be unwatchable.
If you are still following the team and reading sites like this, there is nothing, short of your own demise, that is going to throw you off this train.
