Grizzles Hire Mark Price As Shooting Coach

The Memphis Grizzlies signed Mark Price, the NBA's all-time free-throw percentage leader, as their shooting coach this week.

Price, a four-time All-Star, spent 12 years in the NBA, most of them with the Cleveland Cavaliers .

"I'm very excited to be working for the Grizzlies," Price said. "They have a whole new staff from the general manager to the coaching staff. There's a lot of talent to work with, and I'm excited to be a part of it."

and the raptors also have a shooting coach as well. we should look into hiring one b/c our perimeter shooting is not good.

Good point. We should be able to afford a shooting coach for every player, considering how much money our team throws around.

A shooting coach can only help if you have players with shooting abilities-

I don't like coaches either, but I wouldn't go so far as to say they should be shot.

I'd like to hire one. I bet Mark Price could still shoot better than our guys from outside.
