This may be a blessing in disguise. It is time for Dolan to sell the team, it is time to seriously get rid of Isiah and suckbury. These guys are male pigs and need to be shown the door. Have we had enough rediculousness on this team already? They must go now.

I'll never trust this' team again.

4949 - if you think Cablevision is selling its stake in the Knicks because of some foul language, then you are 100,000 times more delusional than Larry Brown thought Trevor Ariza was.

When people are not held accountable for their blunders they will do even worth things.
This is natural and inevitable.
If Isiah and Marbs will get away with this they will definitely do something even more horrible.
It is just matter of time. No worry - their time with Knicks is getting short.

I would be much happier if Dolan, Isiah and Marbury left town. I think Isiah has done some good things via the draft, but he's such an embarassment. Marbury and Dolan are just fools.

Hell no. what do you think should have happened to the New England Patiots coach for cheating on the Jets by spying? He got a slap on the wrist. If he would have been black he would probably been banned from the league. He was cheating.

Yeah, I'm with you. Isiah has done some good, but its time to remove the sideshow acts that have been prevelant since Isiah and Marb have arrived. Even if Isiah is proven innocent, I still think the Knicks need to cut all ties to Isiah and even Marbury.

The past couple of years, it hasn't been about the Knicks as a team, its been about the carousel of coaches, the treatment of coaches, strange/weird interviews during the off-season, court cases, salary cap issues, a mini brawl, shuffling in numerous players, etc. But the last thing anyone wants to talk about is the actual play on the court. If we suck on the court thats one thing, but to suck and have this sideshow follow us around is just downright embarrassing.

There is no way Dolan is giving up this franchise, so I wont even entertain the idea. But with the right GM/President here, I think we can be successful even if Dolan remains the owner.

Agree 100%
Look at the Rangers
They had problems but looks like lately team is on right track. And nobody see Dolan invoiwed.
It's always same - get read of wrong people, get good personalities and things are back on track.

I would take cheating over sexism and racism allegations any day.
And I sad not "sexism and racism" but just ALLEGATIONS. If some executive will be proved guilty is this 2 things it is not image problem anymore but criminal problem.
Only idiot like Dolan can keep Isiah in charge after all this crap.

Hey Arkaud: What Law journal did you read? Sexism and Racism is not a crime!! It's only a crime if you act on it. A cheat is a crime in the court room. A cheat goes hand and hand with a liar. How come The majority of blacks think that O.J. was innocent and the majority of whites thought he was guilty?? we have a disconnect and for over 100 years you think that what you think about things is the right way and the black folks way is the wrong way. We feel the way we feel because of what has been done to us through out the years. I know that you will say it's irrelevent. I will now go off this subject because we have a disconnect and you can't ever understand how we feel, how Marbs feel and how Zeke feels so it don't make sense to discuss this anymore. Black woman and men will forgive and embrace Zeke. They are aware of the injustices that we have to bare. Also the double standard legal system.

It is unfortunate that you think that Sexism and Racism is not a crime.
It is in many countries. And it is in US. It called hate crime.
And it is defined not only like actions but also like use of symbols and words.
And law is same for all races.
If you think that racism against whites is not exist you are mistaken too.
6 millions of Jews is good enough evidence. At least for me.
They were killed by other whites in the name of racism. And it started form symbols and words.
I am sorry that Isiah happened to be African American. Anybody who starts playing with racial issues (especially on public display) must be stopped.
This is better for all of us.

I don't think you were reading my post.
And it is nothing to do with my bad English.
Dolan is not an issue. He is an obstacle.
Knicks organization unfortunately has nobody to overcome it.

This entire incident is a bit strange to me. For one thing it's all centered around this one woman. Yeah she tried to bring Steph and his sick Cousin into it, but that cousin WAS FIRED. Steph is another issue all together. They can't get rid of him so easily. Still what they did was basically sexist, but wouldn't be a crime. Now the things that Anucha is claiming against isiah still haven't been proven to be fact. She's got claims that he used abusive speech and a hug and kiss on the cheek. Overall Isiah has said some dumb things, but then again he wouldn't be the 1st guy to do that. So based on that the guy should lose his job?

If he had a winning record I doubt that anyone here would be calling for his head, but since the team has been losing and many blame him for that, then it's all good to call for him to be fired. He's completed 3.5 seasons! I don't think anyone would've said that he could turn Layden's mess around much sooner than that, when Isiah 1st got here. Let's say at most some would've expected 2.5 seasons, that would've been damn near miraculous. Right now if this team goes on to have a winning record this year I'd say he did a very good job in turning this around. But too many here are so impatient that they're no longer thinking rationally. Not many teams are completely turned around from loser to contender in under 3 years.

I think this case exposed poor judgement of Dolan, Mills, Isiah and Steph, but if you put just about any other teams management under the same microscope you'd find out a lot of things that they'd be embarrased to talk about. Let's take Portland for example. Yeah they look all squeaky clean now but they have brought in a bunch of players that were worse than any we've had under Isiah. Until we added Zach, we didn't really have any players with major legal issues. What does that say about the Management there? Imagine what we'd find out about them if they were exposed in court? How about Minnesota? They did some shady crap, got caught and punished by the league, but imagine if we could go behind closed doors and see and hear everything that McHale and his team were doing? None of this excuses Dolan and crew. I'm just offering some perspective. We're not alone in the league in terms of front office idiots.

It's all valid points and comparison to Portland is correct.
But it not makes me feel better when Portland the way it was come handy to compare Knicks to...
And this is not Layden's fault.
I will be glad however if we will take the Portland analogy farther and do the "squeaky clean" too.
I never sad that Isiah is a criminal and he is guilty party in this trial. This is up to judge and jury to decide.
But I will keep my opinion that based on what he did and sad he is not the guy I want to be a GM/coach of my team regardless of wins/loses.
He just failed my human test.

Don't be ridiculous. In addition to screwing up the Knicks roster, Layden was busily creating a disrespectful atmosphere at the Garden that Thomas has been working hard to fix.

PDX fans turned on mgmt and it's players and that's why as of 2yrs ago they started the cleaup process. Let's hope we don't have to continue to endure this debauched ran franchise as long as they did.

Hey Arkrud: Like I said racism , and sexism is a crime only if you act on it. You can be a racist or a sexist and no one can do anything about it, but if you act out the feeling towards someone else and it phisically harm them then it's a crime.
You were talking about the 6 million jews that died and thats sad and wrong, and by the way Jews are not only white, thier are black Jews also no one never talk about the black jews that were killed. My father and his black unit were one of the first to liberat the Jews from the death camps in Germany during world war two, they never showed them (the black units) in the war movies in Hollywood and when he came home he couldn't even eat in a white resturant in the south and parts of the north. He had to sit in the back of the bus, and so on and so on. One other thing, the Germans never considered Jews white and that's sad. Jesus the son of God was a Jew and he died to save us. (did I say something wrong)??
Like I said we have a disconnect. Arkrud you need to ask yourself why do you really hate Marbs and Zeke??? You and your Hatters have no power no strenth, no balls, no decission making for the Knicks. Zeke does, and this court case won't change a thing. So do your little writing and complaining because that all you've got, and in the end, THAT'S ALL YOU'VE GOT!! LONG LIVE ZEKE AND MARBS.
