Isiah has to try to get Artest on the cheap, but also knows what a headcase he really is and what the risks are. Artest cracks under pressure and the playoffs are full of pressure.

Dolan loves Allan and Allan would come cheap. I would root for him to succeed on any team. Allan is not a loser, he just played for a loser organization. Remember how silly the Spree/Allan thing was? Our team was very fundamentally unstructured to the extend JVG walked away.
The more we learn about our team the more I respect JVG, Chaney, Larry and even Layden as it was an impossible situation. I think Lenny just took the money.

Interesting. Layden started this whole money mess. Your really forgiving. A lot of you are really forgiving. Well' I'm not as optimistic. I totally expect Houston to go down yet again with another knee injury, making him obsolete. Big surprise. I totally expect Artest and/or Zach to get arrested. I totally expect sucbury's attitude to go full blown out of control. I expect these things from these specific people, because I have seen this many times before. What I don't expect is Curry to 'finally' come out and have an all star caliber year, again. I don't expect our rookies to get too far, because they have no mentors. My attitude and frustration is a result of all of this. You are right. Logic is out the window. None of this is logical and it makes for a very unhappy 4949, especially when we can do much, much better in the kind of people we bring to the Knicks. I won't tell anyone what to think, but I will tell it like it is in my own words. And I won't cheap shot anyone by calling them names either.
I'll never trust this' team again.
