I know we talked about getting together for the first game of the season and The Blue Seats the LES new trendy sports bar was mentioned as a possible venue...

but apparently it sucks arse according to a couple of reviewers (although, they could just be Haters).

P.S. - Croxley's Ale House on Ave B has good food, a great assortment of beer & doesn't charge a cover + if we reserve early I think we could get the big tables in the back w/the projection screen.

Sounds good to me.

I thought this was gonna be a thread asking what ever happened to the poster BlueSeats. So what did happen anyway? And there was that SeatsBlue guy too.

That's a pretty horrendous pricing scheme. F that place- it was getting a lot of hype, but I think they are getting pretty far away from the real intention of a sports bar.

Croxley's is a good call...I'm down for that. Couple other places we could go to. Stout right next to the Garden is a place I've always liked. Blondie's on the UWS is a great sports bar and has great wings. Scruffy Duffy's is a B&T trap, but always has the Knicks on a lot of TV's. Also did someone here have the hookup at Park Avenue Country Club?

Scruffy Duffy I think has changed to new name: "Social"

I think Dolan is involved in the ownership of the bar
