this was ****ing absurd. don't get what I'm about to say twisted.

I have been able to identify the silver lining to how drafting Daniel Jones played out.

For sake of discussion, let's assume Gettlemen isn't full of ****. LEt's say Daniel Jones would have been drafted at #15 by another team. Giants would have to package #17 and probably #37 to move up. we end up with Josh Allen and Daniel Jones.

Our defense was a dumpster fire last year. We ended up with a starter from Clemson's elite DL. We ended up with arguably the best CB in the draft too. As well as Daniel Jones. We very likely got two defensive starters in the draft. Unfortunately our pass rush still sucks NY Giant donkey dong but the defense should be better regardless

So the early returns are Daniel Jones arm isn't the noodle it was advertised to be, and he's turning heads with his running ability. Nice low key, low drama understudy with not a whole hell of lot pressure to force Eli to the bench right away.

OBJ who set all sorts of records with Eli's weak arm, takes pokes at him during OTA's that he finally shows up for. Good riddance.

Yeah. I am starting to really like Daniel Jones. I can't wait for preseason. Also ecstatic about our OL. Hopefully Remmers holds up.

Going to be very interesting to see how the WR corps stacks up this season.
Defense still looks suspect on paper.

Hey GustavBaller, you out there? Word I'm reading is this new head coach you got is going to optimize Jameis Winston's talents. Week 3 should be interesting...

So I just noticed they gave OBJ's number to a 4th string WR out of Monmouth Univ!

Culture change!

Winston looked good, your kicker needs to go though...

I sure hope this isn't an indication of Barkely getting the "freak athelete always getting injured" syndrome...

Good sign/bad sign last week was they won with DJones and only 10 yards from Saquon. Hopefully, we get another miracle W against the Skins before reality sets back in with the Vikes and then the Pats.

D looks like feast and then famine.

Danny looking a little rough.... fortunately, we're playing the Skins.

Wow, didn't think the Skins were going to be that bad. And to think, I thought we were actually going to take Haskins. Glad that worked out the way it did.
Danny Dimes is so freaking Eli-esque + legs it's scary. He makes ugly mistakes and still wins.

Now the next two games are going to be really, really interesting. Or really really depressing.

The bloom is off the Dime Rose.

Game was winnable. The Pats game is not.

...I wonder what happens if Danny gets hurt? Does Eli refuse to play?

I'm rapidly losing interest in another Gints season...

GM had to do something, anything at this point. Our pass rush is the only thing more pathetic than our O line. Can't believe it's gotten to the point that Solder and Remmers are on the trading block. 2-6

At least I'm hoping the Williams trade means the Mets might trade a decent starter to the the Yankees...

If we come out with OT Andrew Thomas in the 1st round then C Tyler Biadasz in the 2nd round I will be a happy man.

Cannot score in the red zone when it matters. Get a TD on that muffed punt inside the 3, and Dimes doesn't chuck an interception after that beautiful drive all the way down the field in the second half and the game could have been won.

Joey Judge's postgame meeting must have been lovely, if his practice demeanor is any indication of things...

Can't believe we were even in that game with practically negative yards rushing from Barkley...

It's 1999 Knicks deja vu! We'll be the first 12th seed to make it to the Supah Bowl!

First Place in the Least! Way things are going, the only team we'll lose to for the rest of this wacked out season is Dallas!
