Ummh, Artest has grown up a bit. He sounds pretty lucid and humble to me. Here's to people learning through experience and maybe.....just maybe...coming out on the other end intact.

When Artest has his head on straight who wouldn't want him. It's the fear of him going into one of his crazy periods that scares me. I love his talent and drive, but I don't want another disaster for this team. No more controversy like the LB season. I don't think we can have any assurances with him or even a guy like Steph or Zach, so I worry about adding a guy like Artest who could be the Match to the Kerosene.

I feel exaclty like Nixluva on this issue. Artest would make us a legit team right away. But the moment he goes into one of his "episodes" he could easily drag our team down into the abyss. I think Isiah will think long and hard about that before making this move.

If only this were the only down-side. Artest also thinks he should be the number one option on offense while he is about as efficient as Crawford.

Not to mention that his dedication to the defensive end these days, from what I saw of him on the Kings, is suspect.

No thanks.

Its like a groupie website, or bitter ex-wives club. -Sebstar

Ridiculous we as fans have placed such a low standard for athletes its amazing. Artest say a few well thought out comments and we call him matured when in reality he should be like most people in the world but because he make a few decent coments we have put him to a higher standard. Crazy aren't we. Maturity doesn't come from comments it comes from living life with disapline and doing what is right all the time that is maturity not some well thought out comments for the public's ear.
