He is strongly considering trading MILOS, the draft pick & SPREWELL for a vet. center !!! What center is out there right now that is worth our pick other than KANDI, SHAQ & DUNCAN ???

In his eyes, or the eyes of a GM with a clue? I'm sure if you'd ask him, he'd hit you back with the likes of Greg Ostertag and/or Shawn Bradley.

More interestingly from the aritcle:

"The Knicks have failed to reach the playoffs for two straight seasons and Layden's job of revamping the roster became even harder with Antonio McDyess being declared out until at least Jan. 1. There is a strong possibility that McDyess, who has had three major knee surgeries over 19 months, will never play again."

I don't know where the Jan 1 date came from. Anyone else heard?

... sounds like another disaster waiting to happen... trading Milos, Spree and first round pick for.... geez Martin, you need to get a "throw up" face for me. With Laydumb around, I use it frequently.

Right now I don't want layden, trading crap!!! I just want him to make the good safe draft choice and don't ruin this team anymore, maybe the next GM will be able to undo the mess he has already done without layden digging us any deeper!!
