He got fat? That's crazy. How could you get fat if your job is to stay in shape? Technically they don't have to do **** but collect a check and party like a rockstar.

miles really doesn't want to play ball anymore I think. He has plenty of money, well at least we know he made a ton of money, he has his ugly toys, all he has to do is hang around on the IR long enough to collect the rest of his dough and he will be OK...

what a waste, I used to love him as a player...

This is a major difference between the NBA today and the NBA 20 years ago. 20 years ago they would have catered to Miles for a year or so and then lost patience. As long as he was performing they would tolerate anything, but if you didn't perform they were done with you. Now with the diluted league teams are afraid to lose a guy like Darius, because what if............
