.After an absence of four years, the Toronto Raptors are returning to main network television.
The club announced yesterday a three-year agreement with the CBC to air games on Sunday afternoons during 2007-08. The network will carry eight to 10 games in the first year of the contract. The schedule will be increased to 15 to 20 games for the second and third years. "It's terrific to be on the CBC," Tom Anselmi, the chief operating officer of Raptors owner Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, said. "The CBC's interest illustrates the improved performance of the team.
