The knicks are going through some hard times. The knicks aren't the Chicago cubs. The knicks aren't the red soxs either. 86 years without a ring? The knicks still have a good 50 years to go if they are gonna suck like those bitch ass mofos from a place called bean town. How lame is that?

Are knick fans hurt? Should we be called bitch fans? All I hear so called basketball fans do is complain. Back in the day, it used to be smart conversation. Now its just a lot of people repeating what they heard on Espn. Everyone wants to be a mad dog Russo with all the yelling and complaining yet have nothing smart or insightful to say.

New York is a soft town. The days where you can get a good conversation about sports in general just dying. We have to result to posting on the internet!!!

You know, its wrong to hate on the haters and stupid mofos with more hate. I'm a fun lovin guy. Most of you met me. I'm a genuinely nice person. You would have to do something pretty bad for me to go sprewell on that ass.

I'm just sick of the nonsense. I want a positivity filled space where the knicks are the team we root for regardless of how terrible they are. A space where guys won't complain about marbury when there isn't really anything to complain about with his play on the court. A place where zach is an all-star beast of a power forward and not some greg kite type liability on defense.

Stop saying isiah is trying to sell tickets for dolan. That is not true!! Dolan is spending money cuz he is stupid and is too rich to care? No, the mofo wants to win. He is spending to give his GM as much fredom to work as possible.

Isiah wants greatness. You can say he hasn't tried to get defensive players to ny. What isiah has tried to do is get the best talent he can that is available. Nobody can expect joe dumars to bail out his friend isiah by letting him get rasheed Wallace or giving up Ben in a bogus trade knowing Ben would leave anyway. Its not gonna happen. The knicks had a shot at kg for years but mchale was clearly only gonna trade him to the celtics.

Anyway isiah, has always tried to turn water into wine. Why hate him? He traded Francis and Frye for zach Randolph. You don't trade Randolph regardless of how much trouble he was getting into for that. That is a pimp move. Zach isn't in his 30's. He had micro-fracture but so did kidd. Zach is not kenyon Martin. Zach jumps like oakley cuz he doesn't need to fly to bust ass.

I'm with you man. I'm sick of all this negativity. I am starting to do a really good job ignoring most of the bs and focusing on just the quality posts. Its one thing to say the Knicks are sucking. Its another thing to flood every thread with their pessimistic rhetoric. I have a list of members whose opinions I value. During the off season I only read their posts. Once in a while I get carried away from someone responds to me directly but I do a good job ignoring otherwise. Just remember, they don't want you to be happy about anything so sound happy and don't let them win.

About the next season. I want to see a Balkman in the starting 5. The dude has to start next to Zach and Eddy. There is no way we win more if we start Q with Jamal and Steph. That would be a disaster.

I think you can ask any gm in the league they would rather have 10pf before they would take zach and that's not being negative it's just a fact, you have to be excited about our front court and if you could sit crawford down and let him know that little piece of information it would equal 3 more wins just by him getting closer to the rim and minimizing his fast break baskets he generates for opposing team.....

If you want to say we have the best pf combo in the league I think we do, but overrating our players is something we do too often. We need to see how these guys mess together

MS I don't agree with your assessment at all. People are making too much of the Block Shots. That's the only thing that you can put over on Zach. If the guy was an explosive athlete, he'd probably get a block a game, but he's not that kind of player. Still when you look at his overall production, he's near he top. According to Hollingers PER stat he has them listed like this:

1. Dirk
2. Duncan
3. Gasol
4. KG
5. Boozer
6. Brand
7. Amare
8. Zach
9. Bosh
10.Howard

Although I appreciate the PER rating, Nix, you can't honest believe that Zach is better than Bosh and Howard. Zach hovering around #10 or #11 is not bad and nothing to be ashamed about.

I'm just telling you that if you're at the end of a tight game and you need that game winning shot, Zach is more equipped to provide that right now than Howard. If you're losing in a game and you need someone to step up and go off for a period of time to help carry the team Zach is capable of doing that. Howard is not. Howard gets a LOT of his points off of missed shots and broken plays where he just raises up and dunks it. But against a set D he's not scoring that easily. He's not a refined offensive player at all. Yeah he gets some blocked shots, but those don't all lead to instant points and they don't all lead to his team getting the ball or stopping the opponent from still scoring on that possession. Of course he's a great young player and who wouldn't want him, but right now Zach to me can help this team to do things that Howard can't do.
