I'm totally with Stephon and his movement. Totally. I'm just not as with it as some others, who trade objectivity for access. Who promote instead of report.

There's a line I learned not to cross when I majored in journalism in college.

Can anyone guess who Alan Hahn is calling out here? its pretty easy to know if you have read his columns the last 2 years.

Mark Berman writes nothing but crap, but it's the type of crap that sells papers, and lots of them, and for that, he's very successful. I personally tend to read absolutely nothing he writes, b/c I never learned the language of ignorance, so I really wouldn't understand his columns.

Its also easy to know when Steph is writing on Mark Berman's blog. Anyway, not like Alan Hahn is particularly interesting either.

Berman is definitely biased towards Marbury. And Marbury in return allows him to be used.

I like Alan Hahn. He used to cover the Isles and did a good job. I like that he's new to the Knicks beat and offers a diferent and relatively unbiased perspective.

How can a "journalist" that is biased for some and biased against others ever have any more credibility than a paid hack?

You are right and thats why many view the NY Post tabloid as one step over the tabloids people read at the supermarket checkout line.

It sounds like: Marbury will interview with him because he's going to post an article that's so heavily biased in Marbury's favor. On the other hand, Marbury might not have given the same access to a more objective reporter.
