There's a rumor that the Heat are really close to signing him and should get an answer tonight.


That would be a solid pickup for them, especially if he signs there for the MLE.

Damn I wanted us to get I realize it was just a pipe dream but I think this guy could be a real player in this league. Especially if he starts playing with a little more control.

I don't know- Miami has Wade and an aging shaq- but a lot of other parts that don't fit and don't work (walker/j williams)

This is a typical knicks move- full mle for one more piece when they need a full re-tool.

Not even close. They have J-Will coming off the books next yr and they are still a contender, maybe not a very strong one but nonetheless a contender. So when J-Will comes off the books they lock up a 24yr old starting point guard for MLE money. That's about as good as one could do.
