Aww snap. I can't tell you how good it feels to see a Knicks game-thread again.

Does 30 mean points or turnovers or maybe FGA?

Isola says Chandler looked good in practice. We will see. I really wish Collins was playing. I think he may become our best pg this season. The kid averaged 14/6/5 over the last 20 games or so, which is pretty good for a pg in his first year.

My first post in a game thread...I feel like I'm popping my cherry.
My prediction: Balkman gets a Triple Double & posterizes Durant.

Nate, Balk, Chandler, Nichols, who's the fifth starter?
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

You guys should check out the Philly/GS game before the Knicks play. Belinelli is going to be a star. This guy can shoot from anywhere and appears unconscious in pulling the trigger. Plus, he plays defense and can pass. He might not get the minutes with GS this year but in a year or two, this guy will be averaging 20+ points a game. I wish we could have gotten him but GS picked him 18.

raptors tried to make a deal with miami at #20 to get him but they were asking too much. it would've been for moot as he went at #18.

maurizio gherardini (toronto's assistant gm) said the league will be surprised at his all around game and versatility. and playing for golden state, he will play right away (cause nellie is crazy like that) and he will score. he and bargnani will be playing for the italian team for the fiba qualifiers this summer.

back to bellinelli for a second, now you see why they dumped jrich's contract.

nellie, in one year, has corrected (at least for the time being) all of mullin's mistakes (extensions to jrich + troy + dunleavy).

They have done a good job of getting rid of their bad contracts and with Belinelli, Bendrins, Wright, and Ellis, they have some very good young players to continue to build their team. Golden State should be a fixture in the playoffs as long as Nellie is the coach. Damn Belinelli looks like exactly what this team needed.

What are you talking about? We didn't need someone like Belinelli or Almond. We needed another athletic but offensively limited SF that won't help much until his 3rd year.
