I personally think he is somewhere between 20 and 30.
His limited skilles on everything except scoring makes this difficult to decide.

I think he was (drunkenly) asking where Eddy ranks amongst other NBA centers. But I'm not 100% sure.

Also, if you mean greater than 30, you want to write it like this:
