gm chris wallace flew down to argentina to meet with nocioni and ric bucher of espn is saying that the grizz have made an offer to nocioni. once the offer is official and nocioni signs it, the bulls have 7 days to match.

If the Bulls match and its a sizable offer that means they will have no shot at a player like Darko.
