Oden, Aldridge and Randolph sounds much better than adding Frye. They needed a proven guy like Randolph to remain in the starting lineup. Sure those others need playing to develop but now if theyre not ready the Blazers will have nothing to turn to.

Aldridge had some nice games towards the end of the year last season but is he ready to carry the load every night?? I just dont think hes ready yet.

When comparing attitudes, getting rid of Randolph and then bringing in Francis ends up being and even move. Plus FRANCIS has been injured more than Randolph.



Maybe Frye will develop now that hes gotten away from Brown and Isiah but I expect even less from him. The Blazers didnt even make the playoffs and I think they shouldve kept Randolph on the team. Hes only 25 and thats still young enough to turn this team into a contender.

I think the Knicks got the better part of this trade.
