what's the injury story with JRich?
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

JRich missed the first half of last season with knee problems. When he came back he was wildly inconsistent, and didnt look healthy at all.

If Richardson is healthy next season, this is a good trade. They have too many kids on the team to rely on another one. They needed a vet.

This trade should make the Bobcats better short term for sure. They have cap room to still resign Wallace if they choose. Jordan must have confidence in May and they don't have a solid 2 gaurd. Felton, Rich, and Wallace will be nasty.

God I'd love that.

He played pretty darn good in the playoffs. Most of his poor play had to do with his conditioning. You'd have to think that Pietrus gets re-signed now. The Bobcats can't keep ending up in the lottery at some point they have to start winning games to the point that teams fear to play them. In all honesty Felton, Rich, Wallace=Diddy, Rich, Ellis and should be able to accomplish a little more in the eastern conference. I'm not saying I would have given up Wright but they have to change their culture, they can't keep remaining "THE EXPANSION BOBCATS".

Why did Jordan trade for him? He wears #23 and won the dunk contest

Has a lot to do with it. J Rich kisses the man ass to the hill. Now MJ gets the guy who he feels has his potential and skills.

Bad trade for the Bobcats. To trade a good young big man for a 26 year old injury prone guard. But they need a SG so I guess.

Nice to see MJ learned from drafting Kwame Brown #1 overall.

The Cats needed veteran leadership but uh....
-- the preceding post was brought to you by the letter K and the number 22.
