Exactly, OasisBU. He'll become the head coach in maybe two years.

Folks, let it go. The following people are not going anywhere for the whole next season:

Dolan
Layden
Chaney
Houston
Eisley
Anderson
Spoon

Everyone else is either tradeable or a FA. The aforementioned are not. Accept it.

The best available guy out there is coaching the WNBA team. Micheal Cooper. He is the best available coach. Besides Chaney's contract has been extended for the next two years, he isn't going anywhere.

DefandRob how dare you try and spoil the ONLY fun Knick fans have, don't you know that keeping our fingers crossed for Lebron and bragging about mcdyess and milos are ALL that fans have left. being a knick fan is not about reality.

Karnivore. Paul Silas may be an honorable man but with all the talent he had to work with in Charlotte i don't think he can take lesser talent in New York and do better. but i don't know i could be wrong.

Don't sweat it. That list doesn't prevent the things you say from happening. I have to admit though, I got a perverse pleasure watching Layden sit there like a helpless jagoff when he got passed over at last year's lotto show. It's like he assumed he'd win the top pick and get Yao. He's such a weenie.
