pick 23 to seattle for 1.5MM and picks 31+35--that essentially pays for the salaries of the two picks and the players we are supposedly going after will still be there.

what if they're not there?

The question becomes are there 2 guys that Isiah feels strongly about that will be in the second round, if the guy he wants is gone?

Who are they going to buyout to make room for an extra 2nd rd pick?

I suppose if one of the guys was a euro and you kept him overseas, he wouldn't count against the 15.

But we know Isiah isn't going euro.

Excellent point. Briggs is going on the assumption that Chandler will be there at 35. Spurs made it clear over a month that they are very high on Chandler and expected him to be there at 33 before the Knicks buzz. In addition, the 76ers have a growing interest as well. So then what?

I hear the Suns are definitely taking Chandler if the Knick don't at 23.

Actually Paul Allen called in an emergency meeting because he witnessed Wilson Chandler dunk with one step from halfcourt--no one knows this yet but Chandler has shot up to 7-5 and now has a 44 inch vertical

Hey if a guy like Yi Jianlian is talk about going at 3 to the Hawks then why the hell not.

So basically you think no one else has interest in him. OK. I hope it is better than your logic last year when you said the KNicks need to move up to have a shot at Marcus Williams.

Buyout Malik Rose. He sucks and I rather have another young guy than Rose any day.
fishmike 9/27/2024 11:00 PM Ug I hate this. The idea of Towns is great until you see what a pussy he is. Jules is a dog. DD was a flamethrower locked up cheap for 3 more years. First Leon move I hate
