Something these guys are saying is just full of crap. "Just to get some topping on our dessert?" "We'd be looking for dissapointment looking for guys to fullfill needs?" Sounds like either a trade is in the line, or they are really trying to set a smoke screen for a popular name player like Almond, Williams, Allfalo, ect..

"A lot of our needs are covered"? "looking for a little topping on our dessert"?

The Knicks talk like they're the Spurs. As if they can take gambles and stash away a player to develop because they're already stacked and competing for championships with what they already have.

But then again, they're the best 34 win team in the history of the NBA.

On a side note, Brendan Suhr talks about Isiah like he's not so secretly in love with him. Way to suck up to your boss Brendan, it's the only reason you still have a job.

Yeah this organization is really a disgrace. They like the depth at the position, we are covered, they won't play or crack the rotation, we have a 33 win team that has no player in the top 40 in the league right now and they act like they are smarter than everyone else. Sur was responsible for the lee pick, but when i listen to isiah say:

Randolf Morris would have been a likely lottery pick and i feel we already have a first rounder, the draft is the same 5-19. This guy is such a ****ing clown. He feels like Frye was the best big in the draft, talk about a huge disgrace.....

He would be better served trading nate for the sonics pick draft affalo, with that pick and taking a solid player that can actually help......Clearly JJ1 and JJ2 are a good indication of isiah's abilitys

Ouch--listen--I'm getting the feeling the Knicks are WAY to over-confident with what they have. We have all the pieces to the puzzle we just need a little topping??? How many times did we get shelled by Boston Charlotte and Atlanta even with all of our guys? Id rather look into trading the pick if this is what bthey feel--go see if Toronto will give us Jose Calderon for pick 23. We won an average of 27 games the last two years and we have some +- ratios that havent changed in certain areas. We really could use this asset to help us now or at the minum trade down or out of round 1 and pick up a future 1 in case there is a regime change. We have Balkman Jefferies and Collins--I really dont think we need another wing who cant shoot the ball.

calderon for #23? colangelo would have to be held at gunpoint while his wife and kids are being whipped.

isiah says we're "really close" - i believe him.

28 technically.

The Coaches aren't going to say "We got a lot of holes to fill" when 14 guys are under guaranteed contract. Use your noggins on this one fellas. Its spin. Ignore it.
