Did you find the finals boring?
Yes, Boring, because the Spurs are a boring team
Yes. Boring, because the games were not competitive
Not boring. There is beauty in the Spur’s fundamentally sound style basketball
I don't know, I didn't watch the Finals this year.

People continously negate the Spurs, but the Cavs weren't exactly showstopping themselves. And Lebron, ugh, nothing like His Airness.

there was a finals this year? i was too busy watching reruns of Ultimate Fighter & Flavor of Love Charm School.

I'm the only one who picked option 1? Man, I think Duncan is the most boring player in the NBA. Jerome James is more entertaining!

Any final without Knicks is boring
But this was great bbal for people who understand the game. Especially last 2 games.
It was emoutional and fair.
It wasnt flashy and leBron wasn't helping to make it falshy. This is the indication that he IS on the way to greatness. In Cleavland or somewhere else

No doubt... Jerom defenetely is.
But he is professional Globetrotter so it is not fair to compare him to Tim.
Tim never worked for circus. Jerom from other side is sharping his circus skills in NY lately.

Well if 78-71 "classics", blowouts, the star player displaying the passion of lenny the librarian, and Ginobli flopping when somebody breathes on him are all components that make great ball for fans who "understand" the game, then I guess I'm glad I dont understand it.

The fans lost it for the basketball season as soon as the Spurs-Suns suspensions. The league determined the champion and that is not what it is about its the two best teams going at it to the best capacity of the team without outside interference. Unfortunately for all the fans the league interfered again as it has on many occasions. This was down right the worst basketball I have seen there were regualr season games better than the finals maybe the league should have interfered with the finals and suspended it.

the spurs are a GREAT f'g team. they are a classic all-time squad. they could have competed in any era of basketball. they are a purist's delight.

the finals sucked this year and were boring because cleveland couldn’t beat them at home. the spurs blew them out at home and those games sucked because they weren’t even close to competitive.

in cleveland, the games were a whole different thing. but the cavs lost 3 and 4 in close games. if they had won them, then 5 and 6 would have been classics and it would have been a great series.

Any true basketball fan will watch a competitive NBA finals.

Detroit vs LA was THE SERIES TO REMEMBER and gave me hope again.

Spurs are the most fundamentally sound team, I give them all the credit in the world but on the other side the east is so weak. It is so unbelievable....if it keeps happening like this every team in the east is going to suck like the knicks.

watching that play live, my jaw hit the floor and was speechless for 10 minutes.
