I was out @ club lotus Sunday a saw rafer alston. He was with this Asian chic just chillin. The ladies I was with didn't know who he was when he walked past us. I wasn't geeked out or anything it was just cool to see the dude. Once the spot got jumpin I didn't notice him anymore. I saw a couple faces I seen before somewher just couldn't tell where. Like this dude in the bathroom. We was both washing hands. I just said "what's up man?" just casually and he was kinda excited a little so I had to look at him. I saw this cat on TV somewhere. I just can't tell you where. He had to be a famous dude cuz he answered overly friendly like he was trying to be as nice as he can be. Maybe he thought I was gonna rob him or something, Lol.

Anyway, ever partied somewhere and bumped into someone famous?

what kind of high class boujy establishments do you pimp at?

christmas day 2000 (or 2001). my boy is up from houston. we went to a joe jaxson party at kit kat club in the city. now if y'all remember joe jaxson parties - they were off the chain.

anyways, we watched the knicks get blown out by 20+ points in indiana. we go out and head to the club.

we partyin', having a good time. it's about 130am and who walks in? spree, camby and brunson. they must've got off the plane and went right to the club. my man spree had 2 drinks trying to pimp out these 2 girls. camby looked asleep, and brunson tried to pimp as the wingman. spree wore an old school, zebra pattern bill cosby coogi sweater.

2 years later, sprewell was in an msg commercial wearing the same damn sweater.

i bumped into Chuck Knoblauch walking out on 5th ave in midtown once during the 2000 WS. he said "how you doin" to me as he passed by. that's about as close as i've ever gotten to partying w/a star athlete.

I met Ozzy Osbourne at a wedding for my gf's cousin out in California this past April. The cousin actually manages Sharon Osbourne. Ozzy didn't seem to be all cracked out like I imagined him to be, he was very nice actually.

I met Mike Shanahan, headcoach of the Denver Broncos last Friday night in a small bar in Morristown, New Jersey. I walked up to him told him good luck in the coming year (I'm a Giants fan so I don't have to worry about the Broncos ) and he said thanks, have some fun tonight. He looked exactly like he does on the football field too, his face was really red and he was very tan. He stuck out like a sore thumb lol.

I said whassup to Bob Wishuzen in an Airport once. He's from MSG Sportdesk and the NY Liberty broadcasts. Used to be on WFAN.

Club lotus is on 14th. Dude I must have spent like $55 at that place, $20 to get in. It was cool though cuz I enjoyed myself. I got twisted off 2 long islands and a corona. I left there at 4am and had to be at work at 630am! if I had to take a piss test that day they would have put me in a program.

oh, i met Lavarr Arrington & Osi Umenyiora at the Borgata... really cool dudes, both of them... Lavarr looked damn intimidating in person.

also saw Michael Jordan, Charles Oakley & Patrick Ewing in the high rollers' pit that night also.

also bumped into Max Kellerman at the café inside the casino... that was the night of the Baldomir/Gatti fight a while back.

I sat at a bar in the village with Tyson bedford once. I was there cuz the chics were prowling. I think I'm doing good then I turn around and see this mofo is right behind me. These chics must have thought I was with him cuz I was basically sitting with him for a while. I'm not looking at the dudes at clubs so I didn't notice him. When I did make eye contact he just was like "what up playboy?", yo which I reply, "chillin, chillin."

By the way, thanks Tyson, Lol. The shark was on the hunt and eny was right there pickin up his scraps, Lol.

Slightly unrelated, but I also, briefly, met Hillary Clinton.

I also met Grant Hill and Luke Perry at the last UK get together.

I didn't meet him, but two winters ago i was walking in manhattan during the middle of the work day for some reason i can't remember. It was the garment district. This tall dude in a long trenchcoat walks by me, lookin big and imposing as hell but I didn't realise who it was til he had passed.

I used to see Oak a lot at Chaz and Wilson's on Sunday nights on the upper west side...It was a nice hang out spot for up and coming singers..Mase and Starks used to hang there too...There was an after hours hang right around the corner that they showed up a lot there too..

I used to run into NBA players from out of town at Nell's on 14th street...T Mac couldn't get in one night because he was wearing boots, imagine that...Saw Findley, Mark Bryant, Singer from Cameo..I remember vibing with Alec, fashion model, who was on the cover of NY Times Fashion mag that week...We were talking about it..She was really cool and a good hang....Gr8 spot on Thurdays...

My midtown hang now features Jeter once in a while...Saw him there quite a few times with different women of course...Usually late nights...Tracy Morgan is a regular hang there...Saw Kenny Anderson and Rod Strickland there with his brother who was a nice ball player coming up in the Bronx back in the day...

Charles Smith was at my boy's party when he was a Knick..Big dude but nice guy...Met lots more others partying in the NY scene...Was fun..Too old now to hang the way I used to..

I grew up with Shane the Dribbling Maching (And 1 tournament) and Eric Mobley (played at Pitt in early 90's, drafted by the Bucks)

I did an iternship at CBS early 2000's. They had a party at the end of the summer before the NFL season began and all in the same room were: Dan Marino (not as big in person as I imagined) Boomer Esiason, Marcus Allen, Dieon Sanders, Greg Gumble, Phil Simms, Lesely Visser, Gus Johnson, Bonnie Bernstien, Jim Nantz, Ian Eagle....etc

106 and Park shoots live in one of the CBS buildings. I'm leaving from work and I stopped by the 106 and park lot (during rehearsals, no audience) to see who was performing that day. I'm standing towards the back and who comes strolling in past me? None other than the beautiful Beyonce and her entourage. She is as beautiful and (Thick) in person as she is on television. Sheila E was there too, playing the drums....

Oh, how could I forget....I balled against Felipe Lopez, God Shammgod and Kareem Reid in HS (in a summer tournament)

In 93, I was invited to the PSAL Exposure camp at Riverbank state park. It was close to 300 of the best ballers in the city there. There were three courts with three games running simultaneously. As I'm playing on court C, Stephon Marbury, who was a junior but still well known, was balling on court B. I found myself peeking over at court B to watch Steph while I was playing on court c.
