Eddie (Hoboken, nj): Lots and lots of rumors about the Knicks and Kobe, JO, etc. You hear any truth to any of this?

Chad Ford: With all the respect to my guy Chris Sheridan, if the Knicks get Kobe for all the junk Sheridan put out there ... it may go down as the worst trade in NBA history. David Lee's a very good role player ... the rest (Jamal Crawford, Channing Frye, Nate Robinson) ... Knicks can't give those guys away right now. Danny Ainge wouldn't give the Knicks the No. 5 pick for a combination of those players.

steve antigua: Where is Sean Williams going?

Chad Ford: I'd say Nets at No. 17 or Knicks at No. 23.

Jim Chicago: Chad any chance that the Bulls trade up in the draft to get Yi, and if so who do they trade?

Chad Ford: They are one of the teams (the Warriors seem to be the other) trying to move up. The problem is that no one knows for sure how high they have to go. Atlanta is interested at 3 and Boston has some interest at 5. If he gets past those two teams, he could fall right into the Bulls laps at No. 9. Warriors are dangling Jason Richardson and their pick to get higher too.

Wow... Jason Richardson's stock is so low that he'd be traded for a prospect? Yi must be having some killer workouts.

Bulls might want to take that deal and include gordon in a package to add a little size

Golden State = Oakland = next to San Francisco which has Chinatown so Yi would be guaranteed revenue perhaps even sold out season tickets. So yes, that would be worth Jrich to them.

The Warriors were really sad they didn't get Yao and sadder when Houston locked him up with a long term deal as they had begun shedding salary in anticipation of being able to make a run for Yao.

Yi would make sense for GSW.
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.
