I think Steph should try to drop about 10 pounds he doesn't need to be that solid, it would help his game and reduce a little stress on his knee |

Iverson on the other hand is probably more or less the same size as when he came into the league - notice how Iverson still has most (or all) of his quickness over a decade later. A lot of NBA players make the mistake of bulking up too much - it may help them take contact a little better, but it takes away from their athleticism.
