When is it? What league(s) are the Knicks joining? Which players on the current roster will play (certainly Morris, but Balkman & Collins)?

Would love to see a summer league lineup of:

C-Morris
PF-Sean Williams
SF-Balkman
SG-Bellini or Almond
PG-Collins

Of course, we'd need to pick up a draft pick to make that happen.

is summer league for 1st and 2nd year players only? Or can Lee, Fye, Nate get in?

anyone can get in, but... usually only 3rd year players down, or people coming back from injury play.

Pretty sure Nate, Lee & Frye won't play. Matter of fact, I think Nate noted that in his blog that one of you fellas posted.

I remember artest played in it the year he came back from that suspention.

I'm anxious to some real ball. The NBA finals aint cutting it. I will be down at west 4th and up at dyckman watching that street ball all summer. I will try to make it out to some of the other leagues too.

Yeah I remember that.

Anthony mason had an awesome handle. He could do anything a point guard could. He used to play down at west 4th when he was playing overseas. He was very unique to say the least.

Yeah that handle was fun to watch. Remember how he would back someone in and with his ability to dribble he'd ofter "sort of roll" around people. Funny for such a big guy to do.
Loved that Guy, loved that team. Damn, it was like a team full of Lee's, Balkmans' and where is Ewing (Curry?)... You never know what this team will change into.
