No one will give up their pick just the KNicks will. Lets face it last year only a few team made deals to move up or trade the pick and Knicks were one of them. As long as the team is about instant gratification this 9th pick if they land there is good as gone. I am 99.9% sure the pick is history at the 9th spot.
As far as other team giving up a higher pick they won't do it certainly not Toranto I think they are still feeeling the after affects of T-Mac. They don't want another T-Mac type get away.
