Like Isiah Thomas, Chris Mullin has a similar propensity to not follow the basic rules of being a GM, so with Golden State's need matching so similarly with Williams, he will be their selection.

There are more athletic wings available here, but the Sixers have enough of those and could use a player with a perimter shot like Almond's.

That's Chris Reina Mock Draft. You have to overlook him sometimes.

Philly is filled with G/SF's.

And personally, I think Williams is going to Phoenix. With Almond going to Utah.

I was thinking Almond to Utah. Seems like their type of guy, and they need a SG BAD!

I think the Bobcats take Almond with their second first round pick (22).

LOL. Why would they take him. Forget the fact that they will have an opportunity to draft say:
1) Cory Brewer
2) Nick or Thadeous Young
3) Rudy Fernandez
4) Byars

I put the Bobcats in the same position I put the Hawks. Less draft picks and more veteran help. You can't continue to comprise your team of draft picks and not advance anywhere.

Billy Knight said this yesterday. A more clear indication that the 11 pick is available for veteran play.
