Chicago is doing okay by being up 20 points in the fourth quarter, but their future still isn't as blindingly bright as the Knicks'.

alot of time left, detroit can easily come back and win this game but it's a good performance by chicago.

let's see if their young guys can close this game out.

The Bulls are showing a lot of fortitude. I don't think anybody thought that they would be up 20 in the 4th tonight.

Too bad they don't have much of a future. This game just might be the highpoint of this franchise for years to come.

Well since their young core hardly has that bright a future they probably won't, then again if they do they're 2gms away from advancing closer to Title aspirations.

only 3 players over the age of 25 played.

ben + pj with major minutes. nocioni only played 4 mins so far.

good win for chicago. let's see if they can push it to 7 now.

David Aldridge just said the Bulls young back court is starting to learn how to win in the playoffs but I don't think he was implying that they would improve from this experience.

I'm sure the Bulls will be happy after this game, but they'll still be envious, and unable to forget about the dazzling future ahead of our Knicks.

I think the Knicks are really in a better position because the players are able to watch the game on tv, and learn from these playoff games without the distractions of actually playing in them. That's just one of the many reasons why our future is so bright.

Solid point with the possibility of being booed by home fans, no doubt they are in a less pressure situation to learn, by being at home or in a suopped up McDonald's with Plasma/LCD's 36inch HDTV plastered over the walls downing 5 #1 and 5 #3 combos.

yea, unlike eddy, curry is a skilled player like it or not, but again what does curry have to do with this thread. You are so agenda driven it isn't even funny..... unreal..

Tyrus Thomas is giving me a "BJ" as we speak. Hinrich and Gordon are waiting to swallow the left overs. Paxson the mastermind behind the event. I'd have to say, my future will be looking bright in 5 more minutes.

Goodnight everybody.

YOu would think TT went for atleast 15 points for there to be thread in his honor.

Frye, Lee, Nate and Crawford toss Thomas, Deng, Hinrich and Gordon's salads...without jelly or syrup.

That's the difference between their futures.

People who are harsh on TT are trying to justify the Curry trade (because they think we would have had no choice but draft him) and are equally agenda driven. I'm sure it's not just a coincidence that TT is the most criticized player on this board taken in last year's draft (with Marcus Williams second). (And calling Eddy a "skilled player" is a joke. What skills does he have? Does *one* skill qualify a player as a "skilled" player?)

Simple fact of the matter is, look how our chubby centered performed his first few years in the league with a ton of skill and size. Look at TT and watch how he gets everything on hustle, using his strengths and not trying to do to much.

The kid is going to be a more important player to a winning team than eddy, you can see the way he defends the rim, cuts in front of the passing lanes, can come out and play guys on the wings and the key. And he isn't stupid doesn't try to knock people over year after year, and isn't a liability.

Frankly the knicks were one loss away from the fifth pick, which we would have ensured if we had our pick to play with......

I read posts from idiots about manning up? Give me a break the bulls came out flat for a few games, didn't have the right gameplan and now we are supposed to believe we have a better future because they are one player away, which they can actually wait and get. They can add a player like brewer and trade gordon to stay under the cap and be fiscally responsible and get a good role player in return.....

Thomas is a year away from averaging 10pts 11rbs 3blks 1stl and being a fantastic help defender.

We have two really nice winning caliber players right now lee and balkman. Collins will be a solid role player off the bench and curry is what he is. We don't have much in the flexibility department and will never because thomas much like dolan is joke
