Quite frankly I'm sick of this but I'm going to post it anyway just to keep everyone up to date:

http://www.nypost.com/seven/05152007/sports/knicks/jackson__jermaine_wants_to_join_knicks_knicks_marc_berman.htm

If you don't want to click on it, Stephen Jackson says JO "wants to be shipped to the Knicks to play for Isiah Thomas" or go to the Lakers.

And to quell the Artest rumors for now, not only were there reports that he and Isiah didn't get along, but apparently Denver (via Peter Vescey) and Dallas (via RealGM a day or two ago) are both hot after Ron Ron. Between those two teams and the aforementioned Lakers all coming off disappointing playoffs, there should be some movement in the West.

It should be an interesting offseason. The Nets big 3 will almost definitely be broken up in one way, shape or form; Bibby and Artest are probably out of Sacramento, JO looks like he wants out, Shuttlesworth and Lewis could leave Seattle. KG in Minnesota obviously looms. Lots of big names, and one of the deepest drafts in years. Will Isiah get fleeced again? Will he stick to his guns? Who will go where?

Should be fun.

We already discussed what Jackson said last week. Stephen Jackson is a hater and so what if wants to come here, the likely hood is next to not.

Under what conditions could we see an Artest-Eddy-JO front line?

Talent is there, but the collective mentally softness of those three I doubt could take us all the way.

They all know how to implode under stress!

We can call them the "Wizard of OZ" line.

Ron needs a brain, Eddy needs a heart, JO needs courage, and Marbury just wants to go back to Coney Island!

Curry is the only one out of those three that is mentally soft. Artest might be mentally challenged, but certainly not soft.

No, Artest is the posterboy for the mentally soft. This guy in the playoffs melts down either with migranes or bullsh!t injury, or throws and elbow to get suspended. Mentally soft players cave in when its tough. Erratic shots, bad passes, untimley techs are all symptoms.

Paul Pierce's elow to blow the game and series was a monumental soft moment. Chris Webbers phantom time out to lose the national championship to UNC was an all time soft moment.

Not being able to control your emotions in a key moment is soft. Ron has proved it over and over.
