With all of the years of being a top 5 contender for the award, it's about time he won one.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

I believe he deserved it based on the reg season, for which the award is given.

If you're the best player on a 67 win team, you should get the award. Maybe there should be a separate post-season MVP award (in addition to the Finals MVP).

The MVP Award should be 75% based on the regular season and 25% based on the first round.

I absolutely hate Dirk Diggler, but the award was well deserved. It was for the season, just as it always has been. His performance in the playoffs shouldn't be reason enough to take it away. He's receiving the criticism he deserves and the award will already be tainted in the eyes of the fans. Leave it at that.

Nope. Keep it 100% season. It's not fair in a short season.

That his gotta hurt him. Thats really gotta suck for him, and make him feel the pain more of losing in the 1st round.

Yeah that would totally depress me untill I get of the plane at some tropical island airport. I would realize I was 7', rich and handsome. Then I would take advantage of my "most veined penis" award.
