Say if Boozer never went back on his word in Cleveland and never left for bigger money in Utah. Or say Cavs didn't take the risk of losing Boozer and locked him up early before he ever hit free agency.

Would the Cavs be going to the finals this yr with Lebron & Boozer? Or would Detroit still be to much for them?

haha. I can't say Detroit will win it easily, but I do think they will win this series. But I wouldn't be really shocked if the Cavs win.

You'd have to think that the Cavs would be at least as good as the Pistons then.

In fairness, though, I think Utah is better than the Cavs are now.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Utah vs. Cleveland would be a great NBA finals (basketballwise, not economically). You'd have two very physical teams that can play the half court or get out on the break, they both have excellent ball handlers, great rebounders. Utah has better shooters though and better coaching.

I'd say Utah in 7 if it really was an NBA Finals.

the more playoff games you watch the more it looks like the knicks were playing a totally different sport this year.

LBJ took detroit to 7 games last yr. tough to say that detroit is just gonna roll over them this yr. if there's a player in the NBA that can carry a team singlehandedly to the Finals its lebron.

plus the cavs look totally different now that they're playing the lebron/hughes/sasha wing set w/ gooden and Z downlow. thats 5 good players right there.
