still another 2 quarters. but the bulls had to come out with this type of intensity.

but the pistons can get right back in it really quick.

on a side note, ben wallace is awesome. easily could've started next to ewing all those years.

bulls are just too young in the backcourt. tough to beat the best team in the east without a veteran guard to settle things down.

Detroit and probably Cleveland- Detroit advances- probably San Antonio.

Interesting how the same teams make it year after year- got to hand it to Dumars- he's done a nice job of adding pieces- he new not to over pay for big ben.

Detroit comes out of the East. But whoever comes out of the West takes it all.

Billups should've gotten more consideration than he has for MVP the past 3 seasons, the guy has been on a flat out mission to win. I haven't seen a player who keeps his poise and cool like him in a long time, probably since MJ himself.

You can certainly throw Wade into it, no doubt the guy is clutch. I just think Billups has been doing it longer and in a more convincing manner.

Chauncey just makes it look very casual, you can tell he's not even thinking about the pressure getting to him one bit. The way he sets up clutch plays and runs the offense is phenomenal. He's got that little jerk/slight crossover to throw his defenders off, and creates some space for that 3pt shot of his. I don't even remember the last time he missed a crucial free throw.

It's going to be a busy offseason for him, if he goes to a team that didn't make the playoffs this year (I keep hearing he's going to the Bucks, but haven't seen many reasons why), they'll be going to them with him.

I think Chauncey would gladly take his Finals MVP over regular season MVP anyday. What about you Dirk?
