I think this is actually the best time to add a super star to this team. with above average young core, and above average veteren players this may be our best opportunity to land some resembalence of a super star player, if not just a bonifide star such as Lewis.

Curry would never be able to florish in the paint consistantly or become a better passer in the paint with out at least 2 snippers. I'm sure most of you would agree with this, so why not Ray allen.

Despites curry's chemistry with JC, I believe you sourround a post player of that magnitude with 2 leathal shooters and one slasher.

I would give up JC, Nate, and Fry for Lewis. At 6 "10 he is what TT should have been, the perfect complimentry player to a big man like a Curry, kg, shaq, Amare ect . Especially since IT is big on Versitile players.

Can You Imagne

Curry
lee
Rashad
Q
marbury

Thats a flawless starting 5, and well balanced.

Curry and Lee is still a poor defensive frontcourt and Lewis, while he's OK, isn't anything special. We would get absolutely abused on the defensive end with that lineup.

Plus your front court is Mebury and 50th game Q.......... flawless like MK@ and Sub zero freezes you and uppercups your head off.

You dont think this will be defensive team the three players I would be willing to give up anyway. You guys were just harping on how bad fry played anway, so we would be, at best be a solid rebonding team, with 20+ point scores at every position. It woud be an upgrade no matter how you look at it. I don't see no top defensive front court in the atlantic or in the entire east for the matter.

Q, steph, and rashad are consider above average defenders. Twinkle with the bench before the trade dealine with, francis who is definitly Trade bait. We can easily become a eastern contender.

allanfan's right we'd have NO interior 'D'. that's why i don't have that much of a problem w/lee coming off the bench. we all know what we need, why can't zeke just go get it?

Rashard Lewis again?

Ok let's say that trade goes down the way you say. The knicks would have to trade francis to clevland or some team like that to fill out the roster.

Its not a bad plan. If isiah went that rout I wouldn't be too pissed. Thing is I don't like rashard. I think rashard is a one dementional softee. I don't think he can play the game. He fits that system in Seattle cuz they cater to him. Isiah wants a team game for the most part. I can't see this group catering to rashard.
