someone said the bulls have no star yesterday and i think its quite obvious we have effectively help win the Bulls a championship in the next two seasons, they have a team you want to cheer for because they all play defense and are a unit and take on the tough minded nature of their coach......

Much like the Knicks, each player uses the if we had every player we would be playing now mantra that isiah has made famous during his 4-15 finish.

Thebo and Thomas are going to be awesome, and Noah is going to be a great addition of the bench for the Bulls keeping with their theme of drafting winners

they are EXACTLY like the pistons prior to the sheed trade. they need to make their sheed trade.

Tyrus Thomas aint gonna make a difference this yr. Besides, you put Curry in the middle of that team, and they perhaps the favorites to rep the East in the finals this yr.

Gasol.

i don't even think it has to be someone that good/expensive.

someone like al harrington...or SAR MAY be enough to push them over the top. they just need a guy to post up from time to time. he could even be a 20 min/night player.

their cap # is around $46 mil although that's without nocioni on the books (an unrestricted FA).

they don't have to pay ben + deng until next summer.

and if you notice their contracts for hinrich and wallace, they DECREASE every year.

probably in the $55 mil range.

so if they trade ty thomas, they can take back a player making up to $13 mil.

well one caveat, if they actually pick a player with #9, they would be on the hook for something like another $2 mil in guaranteed salary for that player.

so they're cap space decreases by that amount.

but yeah, they can trade ty + our pick and take back a contract in the $13 mil range. add duhon and you're now at $15 mil.

We gave them all the assets they could need to get another Sheed (and also address other weaknesses).

But seriously, I think Antoine Jamison would help them a lot but is Washington planning to trade him?
