That's of course if they don't win the lottery.

when the hell did that happen????
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

That is good news. I think we have like a 1-2% chance of moving up, so hopefully that will not happen. If Curry can keep developing his passing and defense, the trade is still probably a fair one for us.

We get the 23rd pick

All you have to do is look at the standings in reverse orderhttp://

NOW THAT'S GOOD NEWS! I was hoping for 10th, but 9 is just as good. This about all we could hope for at this point.

Here is a breakdown from TrueHoop

http://myespn.go.com/nba/truehoop

Before this afternoon, Minnesota and Portland were tied for sixth, and Charlotte, New York, and Sacramento were all tied for eighth, Indiana and Philadelphia were tied for 11th, Washington and New Jersey were tied for 16th, and Golden State and the Lakers were tied for 19th.

The teams in the lottery, obviously, can move up from these positions.

Jonathan Givony of DraftExpress has a full report on how the tie-breaks shook out. Hint: I put them all in the proper order in the paragraph above. Which means Portland won something!

So, pending a violent re-shuffle in the lottery, the draft order at the moment, per Givony, is as follows (with number of chances out of 1,000 to move up in the draft):

1) Memphis Grizzlies 250
2) Boston Celtics 199
3) Milwaukee Bucks 138
4) Atlanta Hawks 137
5) Seattle SuperSonics 88
6) Portland Trailblazers 53
7) Minnesota Timberwolves 53
8) Charlotte Bobcats 19
9) New York Knicks 19
10) Sacramento Kings 18
11) Indiana Pacers 8
12) Philadelphia 76ers 7
13) New Orleans Hornets 6
14) Los Angeles Clippers 5

The order for the remainder of the first round picks is as follows:
15) Detroit Pistons from Orlando Magic
16) New Jersey Nets
17) Washington Wizards
18) Golden State Warriors
19) Los Angeles Lakers
20) Miami Heat
21) Philadelphia 76ers from Denver Nuggets
22) Charlotte Bobcats from Toronto Raptors
23) New York Knicks from Chicago Bulls
24) Phoenix Suns from Cleveland Cavaliers
25) Utah Jazz
26) Houston Rockets
27) Detroit Pistons
28) San Antonio Spurs
29) Phoenix Suns
30) Philadelphia 76ers from Dallas Mavericks

I'll hopefully be going to the draft in June, and all i can say is --- god rest isiah's soul if chicago gets a top 2 pick.
