Assuming we don't hit the Lottery Top 3 pick.

According to how I see things shaking down this should be the final say swapping picks with Bulls.

Actually Charlotte, Sacramento and New York may share the same lottery chances but draft order will have to be decided with a coin flip due to identical records. So the Knicks may end up in the 10th spot.
