Instead of trying to acquire big-name players with max-salaries/in some cases questionable characters and and in all honesty, players we dont have a chance at getting anyway because we dont have anything enticing enough to make the other team bite....we should be concentrating n this extremely deep draft.

Isiahs agenda should be to try and aquire an extra draft pick or two. Even if they are late first-rounders. There will be players available even as late at 30 that could help this team moving forward. Prospects like Almond (shooting), Marcus Williams (6'7 guard who would be an ideal play maker to play alongside Mardy in the near-future), Sean Williams (shot-blocking), Byars, Afflalo, Lasme, Tucker......should all be available when we pick. Trying to get at least 2 of them would be a great-get.

There are a few teams we may be able to target to get a pick from.
Pho has 3 first rounders. Maybe we can buy one from them.
Clips need a point guard....Francis (probably wont net us a first rounder) Marb?
Minny needs to shake things up as to please KG, instead of us trying to land him, maybe we can offer Marb for thier first round pick and bench players.

Despite Isiah giving away our lotto pick, as I said, this a deep draft. There are plenty of propects than can help that we can get for cheap in this draft.

i think him signing Randolph Morris was insurance in case he isn't able to pry a pick off some team looking to dump salary, or if Dolan doesn't let him take on any more contracts... i'm not expecting much of any moves to be made this offseason to be honest... depressing but it is what it is.
