Curry is becoming an offensive force ala Yao Ming.

But he can't always be the 1st option, and we need to keep teams honest. And to me it seems like Crawford can be a #1 option some nights, and a #5 option others.

The only premier scorer available I can think of this summer would be Ray Ray.

I'd toss in anything they wanted with the exception of Collins (and maybe Lee).

DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

Probably so! Starting five: Collins at pg, curry pf, get a defensive shot blocking presence in the middle, balkman at the 3 and ray ray at the 2..

OR colins, allen, Curry, Lee and Balkman as your starting five.

thing is, he's starting to breakdown..

Successful Scenario
Due to New York and Seattle being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. New York and Seattle had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Trade ID
Every trade made by fans is allocated a unique Trade ID which you can share with friends and fellow basketball fans to allow them to see your trade scenario. The Trade ID for this scenario is 3748011.

I can't believe Seattle wouldn't consider trading him- they'd be stupid to hold on- they need to rebuild.

As do we.

I don't mind getting him cheap- not sure they would take Francis.

I doubt they have room on their roster- but Frye, Crawford, Nate and Jeffries for Ray might be a deal that works for both teams-

just what we need, a 35 yr old player coming off an injury. worth giving up young players for him

fishmike 9/27/2024 11:00 PM Ug I hate this. The idea of Towns is great until you see what a pussy he is. Jules is a dog. DD was a flamethrower locked up cheap for 3 more years. First Leon move I hate

The only Ray Allen deal that makes sense to me is Frye, Crawford, and Nate and our pick for Ray Allen and Seattle's pick. We need to add Allen and a young talent, especially if we are giving up Nate (who has shown that he can be a dynamic scorer). The question is whether Seattle would take the deal. They want to resign Lewis and probably cannot afford Allen and Lewis making max money. Adding Nate, Crawford and Frye gives them alot of young talent. Plus, they would still have a 1st round pick. A starting lineup of Marbury, Allen, Q, Lee, and Curry would be a top 5 team in the East. With Balkman, Collins, Morris, and Rose coming off the bench and us possibly getting Brewer with Seattle's pick, we would be a tough and still fairly young team.
