Most of us know what's up. You can hide behind your fancy doctorate or your millions, but Dolan and Isiah can't pull the shade over our eyes that easy.


I was amused by Curry's game-tying 3, very amused, but we all know Kurt Thomas could've done that, or Tim Thomas, or hell Elton Brand.


It wasn't THAT out-of-the-ordinary.


We all know, just from watching the games and caring whether they win or lose, that the team is flawed. Talent can only take you so far, just ask Michael Jordan. At some point you need a system, and balance.


I actually think we're one of the most unbalanced teams in the NBA. The league is starting to veer toward a more European style, and we have no shooters, and no athletic defenders to balance Curry's weakness out.



Talk is cheap. I think us "everymen" know that. It's all about put up or shut up. They say it takes a GM 3 years to rebuild.

Yet somehow we have the SAME record we did when he took over?



Cmon now, I watch the games because I care and because it's entertainment, but we all know, after all the talk and posturing and media BS, that the team's probly not gonna do much for awhile.



It takes 1 of 2 things to put yourself in position to win a championship -

1.)one of the best players in the league

or 2.)the best defense in the league



It's a little bit sad that Dolan has no integrity in the team. I mean he "cares", but only so much. I mean the guy has brain cells, he's not autistic, so it's fair to say he realizes atleast half of what we do, and probly just as much.

For him, it's simply about butts in the seats, and media control.


It really is a shame, I mean when you step back, and casually think about it -- it'd be nice to have a real playoff team in NYC.


But I can guarantee, not because I want to, but because it's what we all know:


We'll never be one.


And for all you homer jackholes -- squeezing into the playoffs, and being a playoff team, are 2 different things.


The difference is KNOWING you're gonna get into the playoffs before the 1st game is played....


AND PRAYING for it...
