Fall behind early because their effort isn't there and go into the half down around 10.

Come back and make it a close game heading to the 4th.

A lot more often than not, lose a relatively close game.

This has happened constantly all season long. It happened before they lost any players to injury and it's happening now. It's not something new that you can blame injuries on but there are still some delusional people out there that will.

Last Friday the Knicks weren't injured enough to give a good effort and almost beat the best team in the league on the road, but we're supposed to blame injuries when they constantly look sluggish in losses to lottery bound teams at home. Pathetic.

Lather, Wash, Rinse, Dry and Repeat.

No doubt about it. But in tonight's case we were playing against the Zebras. When Curry fouls out you know something isn't right.(rolling eyes)

If memory serves it was the same last year, with the starters falling behind and the bench trying to pull us out of the hole. How many times does our strongest play come from what's tantamount to our summer league squad?

Might have something to do with the intensity and commitment of certain key players. You know, like our "franchise" players.

It happened last year but this year they had the coach that they wanted and all the players were happy and motivated to prove that last year was all Larry's fault.

Next year they'll be all happy and motivated to prove that this year was all the fault of injuries.

Excellent post Isles
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

I'm looking forward to next season already.
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

2003-04 Layden and Chaney's fault

2004-05 Layden and Wilkens' fault

2005-06 Larry's fault

2006-07 Injuries fault

2007-08 TBD - But we know for damn sure that it won't be Isiah's fault
