Yep, and Gasol having a bad day has 10 points, 16 boards, 7 assists and 3 blocks (winning the game with the last of them).....
I would send a package of Curry and Frye to Memphis to bring here Gasol. Too bad Isiah aint doing that ever. I have always liked Gasol (not just for being Spanish as me), but I'm really impressed by how he has improved his overall game. His defense and rebounding are pretty decent right now (he looks like Mutombo next to Curry) and his offensive game is as good as always. If not for the month of December, in which he played limited minutes coming from injury, he would be averaging 22 points, almost 11 boards, 3,5 assists and 2,3 blocks, which looks AWESOME to me. Plus he is a proven winner everywhere he has been, here in Spanish league, in Spain Natioanl Team and he led Memphis (worst team in the league when he arrived) to 3 consecutive play-offs appearances. He handles pressure very well... I like Eddy, but two weeks ago I officialy gave up with his unnaceptable 7 boards per game and 0.5 blocks per game.

I didn't want Gasol earlier when he was available- but I would now.

And I could see Memphis wanting to trade him for depth- a reverse problem that we have, I think.

Gasol for Curry & Frye- or even Curry & Lee (Sacralige!). Yes- I'd be giving up Lee, but I'd be getting rid of Curry.

Personally- I don't think I'd do that trade, simply because the pressure on Gasol would be so huge in terms of fan expectations.
