Poor Fella he's the accidental birth, the child the parents really didn't want to have and now that he's here he's being treated as an outcast.

Francis clearly suffers from a lack of confidence in his shot. He get's the ball in obvious situations where he supposed to shoot and he hesitates and that messes up the entire possession. He did it again tonight. He breaks off of plays ALL THE TIME!!! Yet he claims not to know why he's being benched. He has to know that he's making the mistakes that he's making. I'm sure he knows the plays by now. His fear of failure has him all messed up. The same could be said of Frye. He also for some unkown reason doesn't shoot when he should. At least with Frye I can see some degree of slack can be given to a young player, but a seasoned pro like Francis shouldn't still be making those kinds of mental mistakes.

How much impact does a coach have in building his player's confidence? And how much blame does a coach deserve when his players apparently suffer from a lack of confidence that is detrimental to the team?

Francis should just retire. His life is too hard.

Just like is said in the channing thread. There is no one good enough to bench him so what is his ****in problem?

He needs cuttino to cup his balls on the bench and in the locker room. Knicks gotta get rid of Francis of a sissy and Channing Shy ASAP.

Poor Fella he's the accidental birth, the child the parents really didn't want to have and now that he's here he's being treated as an outcast.

I just finished watching this moron say exactly what you wrote.

Its just mind boggling. He is a big baby. Isiah went with mardy because he said he felt mardy would play better Defense and that mardy was playing well anyway. Isiah was clearly bull****tin. There is something lingering around that we will probably hear a lot about once francis is outta here.

Francis says he doesn't know what to do to stay out on the court. How bout play winning basketball? He says he wants to be professional and just roll with what isiah says. Fuck him!

How bout I gotta play better ball? How bout say something that everybodys favorite kicking toy says or used to say..."I gotta be starbury" or in francis' case, "I gotta be the franchise".

Its a joke.

Kicks gotta rub some tiger balm on Q's back, and craws and lees ankles. How bout some icy hot patches?

Knicks have got to waive francis. They should waive him now and just go with mardy.

Enough is enough. Cut the losses.

he'd probably see more playing time if he stopped dribbling the shotclock down to 2 seconds before he passed it off on every possession.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

We wouldn't even be worried about Francis right now had Jamal not gotten shelved.

He'd probably be in LA with his life partner right now.

Steve is defenetely broken down. It is no question about it.
The question is why we are collecting each broken down player in the league and pay a bunch of money to them?
Or may be why only this kind of players are willing to go and sign for the Knick?
I think the ansver is simple: apples to apples and oranges to oranges

Did you noticed that players like Lee, Rose, Q looks like outsiders in this organization?
And this is not about the quality of the players but about the quality of the character.
We need a leader on the court, on the bench, and in the front office to turn this around.
The fish is getting spoiled from the head.

If francis is hurt why is he complaining about minutes like a sad puppy to the media?
