This was one of the LB I wanted to sign at the very beginning of the FA period, and a bargain price...1 year 1 mil! We can't lose with this deal. He'll probably play the strong side. Wilkinson will likely be the weakside backer.

that doesn't inspire confidence in me to have Wilkinson starting at Weakside LBer to start off the season... i'm guessing we'll be targeting more depth for the LBer corps via the draft.

It was either gonna be Wilkinson or Chase Blackburn. Be happy its Wilkinson. He's a good prospect. I'm sure they will draft a linebacker or 2 as well.

Giants can always bring back Dhani Jones... i don't think the Eagles are re-signing him either... he's not a star, but he's a decent stopgap option until the young guys gain more experience at the position.
