My pridction came true, now you will see that Hibbert will dominate Oden Or atleast get him in foul trouble. Hibbert will show the entire arsenal against Oden.

I was just about to make a thread about the return of HOYA PARANOIA (sp). I'm one of the biggest Hoya fans on the planet (notice my name bigbeast...it comes from Ewing and the Hoyas when they were known as the beast of the east....

Should be a good matchup with Ohio st. Interested to see how Oden and Hibbert matchup. First time for either of them that they face someone of equal size and in some cases talent. This game can go a long way in boosting Hibberts stock. Regardless of what happends to Oden, he is still the chosen one on peoples eyes so he will come out of thie pretty much unscathed unless Hibbert totally outclasses him which I dont see.

Im rooting for G town heavily. Anything can happen in one given game regarding Hibbert vs Oden. But Oden is leagues better then Hibbert. Hibbert is merely a decent Center prospect who MIGHT crack the lottery. Oden defensively is as good as any college Center of the last 15 years and that includes Mutombo. Agility wise its not even close between Oden and Hibbert

I like Hibbert, and he could very well outplay Oden on Saturday. But theres no logical reason to think so aside from the fact that anything can happen in a given game

Hibbert has good size and him vs Oden will be intriguing, but there really is no debate here. All Greg Oden has done is come in as a freshman, miss the early part of the season due to a broken wrist, come back early from it and not have total use of his right hand, yet still lead his team in Scoring, rebounding, and blocked shots, a team that was in the top 5 all season long and was #1 for a good portion of it, including entering the tourney. What hes been able to do is pretty damn amazing.

Hibbert is a junior who has come along slowly and is having his best year of his career on both ends by far. He's playing very well right now. It will be fun to watch. Hibbert has nothing to lose, he can really raise his stock in the draft with a good performance against Oden. But there really is no comparison between the 2 players

Hibbert is an excellent passer from the high and low post. ( a lost art ) Hibbert can be a David Robinson type of player with his passing and intelligence as well as his defensive presence. Remember, Robinson was all defense in his first few years !!

Hibbert is not a pimple on Robinsons behind. David Robinson? Stop. If hes better then Erick Dampier the team who selects him will probably sign for that. Hes not going top 5 in the draft

Man Georgetown is playing some good team ball. I listened to Coach Thompson III on Mike and the Mad Dog today. It is nice to see another Big East team return from the depths. I only hope that one day SJU could join them.
