The management and ownership is in place--there is no bother what your belief is right or wrong--they own/run the team--we don't.

We have some pieces here and no matter who likes it or not me you It Dolan --this is goingb to take 2-3 more years of rebuilding. There is no secret starphuck to pull this ship out of it.

the only reasonable plan is to ONLY spend BIg if the value is TRULY there--otherwise continue to build through the draft and let the players we have drafted and acquired gel together while we subtract a bit---add a bit and get the right player combination and style in here.

I hope that they do all they can to move up in the draft/acquire more picks--even if that means taking on a player from Pheonix.

Maybe they get lucky using their MLE frontloaded on a player like Monta Ellis? Maybe they solve their back up C with a 4 year MLE to Magliore? Maybe the money is spent acquiring moving up picks? That is the way to go --no more Jerome James's and we need SKILL players who cans core--so no more jefferies

We need the guys here to improve their shooting AND especially their FT shooting
We need an interior deterrant.
We need outside shooting
We need to play some guys less minutes so they arent worn down
We need to subtract guys who arent going to be a serious part
We need to be patient
