I guess we can rule out Lee for this award, K mart should be a lock now..

Which IMO sucks because sac may not even make the playoffs.

IDK. Bobby Jackson go the award one year when he played like only 30 games off the bench.

Your team should at least be playoff bound.

I think Leandro Barbosa has it locked.

Why would Martin be in running anyway? The guy started all the games.

Barbosa is favorite imo.

It will not go to Lee regardless
NBA mafia hates IT in general (no surprise) and is definitely pissed of with hit cheating strategy with Lee.

As promising as Lee may be, he is not what Martin, Barbosa or, better yet, Ben Gordon are today. Lee can get there, but not this year. The 3 I mentioned in front of him have been much better (maybe he and Barbosa are neck and neck, but there is no way mistaking that martin and gorden should get the nod over Lee).

I disagree. I think a double double off the bench (without having to have any plays called for you) is more valuable than a wing player who can put up points--those are a dime a dozen.

Sure, a double double is REAL nice and i wont take anything away from that. but, Gordon is the teams leading scorer...off the bench. he has single handledly won games for the bulls this season. you cant say that about Lee.

relative to the "wing players being a dime a dozen"...i think you are off - the knicks have like 15 off them and we are paying a HECK of alot more than a dime !

sorry, just HAD to go there

GINOBLI will have been 6th man for 57 games if he continues off the bench for the rest of the year, in which case it will be his award regardless of whether Lee was playing or not.

Gordon's the Bulls' leading scorer? Okay, but Lee's the teams' leading rebounder and the LEAGUE's leading shooter. I can't even understand your comment about Lee not winning games for us

my point in saying that Lee doesnt win games for us is that he is not a "creator" like Gordon is. Gordon can create space for himself and get a shot off whenever he wants while Lee has to work off of someone else (i.e.: last second in bounds tip in against Charlotte). I think Lee can be a real stud in the league, but dont see him there yet as 6th man. sorry.
